Give Back

There are certainly many wonderful organizations out there that provide support and services of all kinds. Below are a few that are important to the athletes featured in our film.

In 2010 the Clayton S. Beck Scholarship Fund was set up as a financial resource for a deserving senior at North Lake High School, where Clay himself graduated and ran a number of extracurricular activities for many years. Worthy candidates are athletes with a minimum 3.5 GPA, of good moral character and college bound. Evaluation and selection is by a committee of faculty and administrators. To date, the scholarship has averaged about $1,000 per recipient, with funds raised through private donations and the sale of greeting cards, T-shirts and framed artwork featuring the paintings and photography of Clay's parents, Cindy and Craig.

To make a donation, please send a check, payable to THE TAHOE-TRUCKEE COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIP FUND. Add in the memo line: The Clayton S. Beck Scholarship Fund, and mail it to c/o Beck, P.O. Box 79, Tahoe Vista, CA 96148.
